The performance and service life of the finished V-belt can be further improved by reasonably designing the formula of each rubber layer of the rubber V-belt containing black natural reclaimed rubber. The design of vulcanization system directly affects the operation process of rubber V-belt, especially the vulcanization process and the comprehensive index of V-belt. The types and amounts of compounding agents in different vulcanization systems of rubber layers are different.

1. Cloth covering rubber curing system

The rubber V-belt covering rubber requires that the rubber material has good wear resistance, heat resistance, aging resistance and viscosity. When the black natural reclaimed rubber is used alone or in combination with natural rubber and styrene butadiene rubber to prepare the rubber V-belt covering rubber, sulfur vulcanization is generally used, together with accelerator M and accelerator DM to appropriately extend the vulcanization flat curve of the rubber material and prevent scorching and over sulfur; A small amount of zinc oxide was added to activate the curing system to shorten the curing time, improve the curing efficiency and mechanical strength of the vulcanizate.





2. Cord rubber curing system

The rubber V-belt cord rubber needs to bear the tensile stress and load when the V-belt is running and bending. When black latex reclaimed rubber and natural rubber are used together to produce V-belt cord rubber, the vulcanization system is basically the same as that of V-belt covering rubber. Sulfur is used for vulcanization, and the amount of sulfur is controlled between 2-3 phr. Accelerator M or accelerator DM is used in combination; Or the accelerator CZ and the accelerator nobs may be used together. When natural rubber / natural reclaimed rubber / styrene butadiene rubber are used to prepare V-belt cord fabric, the amount of accelerator can be appropriately increased.





When using latex reclaimed rubber to reduce the raw material cost of rubber V-belt cord rubber, the thermal conductivity of cord rubber can be further improved by using about 10 phr of zinc oxide in sulfur curing system and adding appropriate amount of stearic acid.





3. Compression layer vulcanization system

The rubber V-belt compression layer rubber needs to bear the compression stress generated during the operation of the V-belt. It has high requirements on the bending fatigue resistance of the rubber. Sulfur vulcanization is mostly used. The vulcanization system is basically the same as the cord rubber. The amount of zinc oxide 2llyy1023wfm in the formula can be appropriately increased to improve the thermal conductivity of the rubber.





When black latex reclaimed rubber is used in each rubber layer of rubber V-belt to reduce raw material cost, rubber product manufacturers generally choose sulfur curing system to improve the mechanical strength of rubber V-belt; Reasonably adjust the type and amount of compounding agent of rubber V-belt curing system, improve the crosslinking density of vulcanizate by adjusting the amount of curing agent and accelerator, coordinate the curing process and curing effect, and improve the service performance and service life of rubber V-belt while reducing the cost of raw materials.
